Shenzhen Sibaite Electronics Co., Ltd. operates a 2,200 m² manufacturing facility in Guangdong, China. Our factory specializes in replacement laptop batteries, laptop power adapters, USB-C chargers, wireless chargers and portable power banks.

Our production process covers incoming material inspection, PCB and component inspection, assembly, aging tests, electrical performance testing, final function testing, outgoing quality inspection and export packaging.

Incoming Materials

Cells, cables, housings, connectors and PCB assemblies are checked against confirmed specifications before entering production.

Assembly and In-Line Inspection

Operators follow standardized production procedures and approved samples during assembly. Product appearance, component placement, cable connections and workmanship are checked at key production stages.

Aging and Safety Testing

Depending on the product type, testing may include loaded aging, voltage and current testing, charging and discharging tests, temperature-rise testing, hi-pot testing, leakage-current testing and OVP/OCP/OTP protection testing.

Final Inspection

Finished products undergo final electrical and functional checks before packing. Outgoing quality inspection is performed on completed production lots, and batch inspection reports can be provided on request.

Export Packaging

Products are packed according to the confirmed retail-packaging and export-carton requirements. Custom labels, barcodes, manuals, shipping marks and SKU-based packing are available.

Our production line supports stock orders, private-label projects and OEM/ODM manufacturing. Third-party inspections by SGS, BV, TÜV or a customer-appointed inspection company are welcome.
